Western Wedding

In an American or European-style wedding, the bride and groom formally exchange wedding vows in front of family and friends at either a solemn religious ceremony officiated by a priest; or civil ceremony presided over by a judge. The wedding ceremony is immediately followed by the reception at a venue elaborately decorated according to a chosen theme; while elegantly arranged banquet tables and a special rectangular VIP long table up front are set up for the sit-down dinner. The guests are individually served with a multi-course menu prepared with meticulously selected ingredients that are guaranteed to please even the most discerning VIP guests. Of course there may be guests with special meal preferences, dietary restrictions, or allergies – vital information that a member of the wedding planner’s team is tasked with verifying in advance; so that each and every guest is able to enjoy the food.. Complementing the cuisine are many other quaint customs and arrangements including the cutting of the specially designed wedding cake; music and dancing, etc;- that come together to create a memorable occasion. The formal, detail-oriented and personalized nature of western-style weddings therefore make them usually far more costly to orchestrate.
